Role Overview: The Senior Risk Management Officer monitors and reports key risk and control indicators to identify potential risks and weaknesses. The role ensures compliance with policies and procedures, recommends mitigation measures, and supports training initiatives to strengthen risk awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report key risk and control indicators of department/business unit
• Oversee the consistent implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the sufficient and effective control, and compliance
• Report key risk and control indicators of department/business unit to identify the potential risk, control weakness and give recommendations to mitigate significant risks
• Ensure appropriate review of the financial impact of operational incidents and root cause
• Assist for the organization of the training on operational risk/internal control to increase the risk awareness culture
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 year of experience in audit and risk is highly appreciated
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish fact, and draw valid conclusion
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and data presentation
• Good at interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize task assigned
