Role Overview: The Senior Officer – Car Lending is responsible for promoting loan products and services, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting loan origination and documentation, and working closely with internal teams, car dealers, and showrooms to deliver excellent service and achieve business targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell car loan products & conduct marketing activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with showrooms, dealers, and external partners to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Collect and report clients’ detailed information for verification and approval.
  • Review and analyze financial and supporting documents to assess loan eligibility.
  • Conduct site visits to customers’ residences and businesses to verify information.
  • Monitor and follow up the loan process to ensure smooth disbursement and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
  • Provide timely support to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the loan process.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal departments.
  • Prepare reports related to loan activities, client information, and performance updates.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in auto loan, sales, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of loan products, credit assessment, and financial documentation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to conduct field visits and meet with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
